Struggling Festival Gets a Boost From Local Business
On April 19th, Quidi Vidi Brewing will host a fundraiser at their taproom to raise money for the Newfoundland & Labrador Folk Festival. Music from 7-10pm, cover is $10 and all beer sales are going to the festival.
Blank Canvas for Livingstone Street
After fire damaged the vacant homes owned by Newfoundland and Labrador Housing, the decision has been made to tear down the row of six properties. Thereâs no word on what might replace the houses but expect the lot to be empty for a while while NL Housing builds 32 new units on Janeway Place.
